I rebooked my own flights home when my mother fell ill. Will ERGO cover the cost?

If something happens on your trip and you need to come home early, call us before you change your travel plans. We need to be involved before any costs are run up. In most cases we can make the arrangements for you. We cover economy class travel home, unless there’s a clear medical reason why something else is needed.

If you were in a genuine emergency and had to act before you could reach us, call as soon as you can. Keep your receipts and documents from any changes you made. Where we weren’t contacted first, we can only cover what would have been approved under the policy terms from the start.
