If civil unrest breaks out while you’re already at your destination, your policy includes a 72-hour window to make every reasonable effort to leave. This applies where the unrest was sudden and unexpected, and the area was peaceful when you arrived. It doesn’t automatically mean your curtailment costs are covered.
