5. I am suffering with symptoms, but nothing has been diagnosed, can you cover me?

We can’t cover symptoms or conditions that haven’t been diagnosed at the point you take out your policy.

If those symptoms are later diagnosed, at any point after you’ve bought your policy, call us and we’ll let you know whether we can cover it.

If you fall ill or get injured while you’re already away, that’s a different situation. That’s what your emergency medical cover is there for.
