Can I claim for visa costs, airport parking, and pre-booked lounge passes?

These costs are covered under the cancellation section of your policy, as long as you have a valid cancellation claim and can’t get the money back from the provider.

That includes pre-booked airport parking, car hire, airport lounge passes, excursions, event tickets, and travel costs like visas and ESTAs.

Contact each provider before you claim with us. Many will offer to rebook, or offer a refund or credit. Anything you get back comes off your claim. Hold on to your booking confirmations and anything in writing showing a cost can’t be refunded.
